BSP Independent Advisory Board

  • Unlike other private equity firms or consultancy companies there are no upfront or fixed fees for our services. BSP specifically tailors its remuneration so that all benefits are aligned to the future interests and value of the firms we are supporting, enabling small businesses to locate and attract the best talent in the most cost effective manner.
  • BSP has a collaboration culture making sure that the continued successes of the businesses we work with are first and foremost.
  • In order to help achieve this BSP put together an Independent Advisory Board of Directors that oversees our client’s progress, monitoring the gradual hand over to new management and providing invaluable industry experience and advice.
